My brother applied for pancard and he received a sms that it was dispatched on april 17 2015 by the blue dart courier. But he has not yet received the parcel. So with the provided way bill no I went to karaikudi blue dart office to inquire. They looked at the status of the parcel and told me that it was handed over to the postal department. I asked them ‘why’. Then they answered that it was not yet dispatched from mumbai. But when I traced with their website with the waybill no I found that it was dispatched to mumbai by them after 10 days. I was humiliated. In their website they quoted that insufficient address. It was neither insufficient since we use this address for the past 15 years. The address provided was given in voter id and ration card and then how does it become insufficient. I have previous bitter experiences with bluedart courier. For all the couriers they will not provide door delivery. We must call them about our parcel and we must go there and collect.

I want my parcel back again in 2 days. I want the CPU to take due action against the bluedart couriers.
