1. 2 AC Purchased through Bajaj Finance -Vijay Sales (Satellite) on 2nd May, 2015. 2. Received the ACs on 3rd May, 2015. 3. A Person from Harmony Enterprise – Mr. Azharuddin – the Installer – came to evaluate the Site on 4th May, 2015 & asked us to prepare “jhari” to the relevant places. 4. Site was ready for Installation on 5th May & been communicated to Mr. Azharuddin – the Installer – as he was the person in touch. 5. Mr. Installer has confirmed to do it on 6th May, as we had to leave for a Family Marriage for up to 13th May. 6. The Installation did not happen. 7. During our being out of station (between7th to 13th), someone from Harmony Enterprise confirmed to send the same person on 14th May, which didn’t happen. 8. Since then, every Morning & Evening we waited – as per commitment till 16th. We lodged an official complaint to Blue Star through a Toll Free Number. 9. On 16th -Owner of Harmony Enterprise committed to send a person by evening, and again he rescheduled to 17th Morning 10 am – in any circumstances. 10. Till 11.30 on 17th – no one turned up. 11. On Calling/Messaging the Installer & Harmony Enterprise Owner (Mr. Purveshbhai) – no one responded/called back. 12. We found the landline number of Harmony Enterprise – Called – Purveshbhai lift the phone. 13. On Complaining &going to higher ups – he said, they receive such calls in tens every day & suggested us to do whatever we wish to….. 14. We went to Vijay Sales – met the Branch Manager- Mr. Sharma – and he willingly was ready to take back both the machines. 15. We asked for the Payment First before handing over the machines – they denied. 16. We came back. 17. Communication was on till 8th June, without any action.
