Eureka Forbes – Executives disconnect phone or provide fake numbers

I bought a Eureka Forbes Dr.aquaguard through the telesales team on 2 nod June’15. The full payment was made through net banking faculty on the promise the product will be delivered in 3 days time. Till date I have not received the product. I have made at least 60 calls to various numbers provided by the helpline with no answers and finally to Vineet Jain after sending an email to the CEO. He promised to call me back with status a week ago and now if I call he does not pick up. I am really feeling very helpless and cheated of my 9000 Rs. I have had a very unsettling one month knowing the call centre executives disconnect the phone or provide fake numbers to escape my call.

I have been cheated of Rs.9000 and cost of the innumerable calls totaling at least 60 between mobiles, out of state calls and helpline numbers. It has also be a lot of mental torture in this one month as I am a 65 year old living on my own and feel I have been cheated and I have no wher to go for justice
