BMA Wealth Creators Ltd – Unauthorized trades in client’s account

I had some physical shares which I wanted to be dematerialized so I contacted BMA Wealth Creators Ltd. Mr.Himanshu Arora & Mr.Ahsan Ali from BMA’s Rohini branch called me and promised that all my shares will be dematerialized and said if I open the account with Rs.20,000 margin then there will be no account opening fees and the same margin money will be refunded to me within 4-5 days of account opening. When the account was opened I tried withdrawing the amount, but BMA application did not allow me. I contacted BMA’s Rohini branch where I was told that to withdraw the money I have to enter into a trade to make my account active, which was never informed to me at the time of account opening. The next morning I received a call from Mr.Vishal Gupta of BMA Rohini asking me to enter into a small trade which will enable me to withdraw money. He neither asked for the quantity to be traded nor the price at which it should be sold or any information related to Stop Loss, just said that “we’ll enter into a small trade to make your account active”. After a couple of days I tried to withdraw my money thinking that by now my account should be active. But it came so shocking to me that all my money was drained in Brokerage of Rs.17982.76(inclusive of service tax) and rest of Rs.1,453.17 as loss in trade. After checking the contract note, it was clear that they made this trade to make the margin money zero. I tried contacting Rohini Branch & Customer Care but there was no reply. I even emailed on investor.complaints@bmastock.com, but its been 11 days but there has been no reply. The same thing has happened to my husband with Client Code:80130048. It seems that the people in Rohini Branch are all fraud and they are even holding my physical shares of around Rs-4-5 lacs. I do not know what to do and where to go. Please help me.

I lost Rs.20000 along with Rs.4-5lacs worth of physical shares and so much mental stress.
