Let me introduce my self to your team my name is Shivakumar Lingappa, i was working as an engineer at essar oil refinery at jamnagar during july 2010. i had booked for one fortunner vehicle and paid rs one lakhs as advance by cheque. I got a receipt for the booking amount, the cheque was encashed by infinium toyota rajkot. however due to my family problems at my native place mysore in Karnataka state, i could not take delivery of the vehicle, and i have to resign from my job and returned back to mysore. Please let me know the procedure to get the refund back to me. i have already submitted all the documents to infinium toyota rajkot, like original copy of the receipt, signed cancellation forum, today i,e on 15 May 2014. how much time one must give to infinum toyota rajkot, in case i am unable to get THE REFUND in a reasonable time say 15 days what should i do ? please let me know.
