I did my international flight booking on 24th Apr. As per goibibo promotional offer for international flight, I should have got a refund of Rs 1250/- for coupon code INTLON. However, its been almost a month and I’m yet to get it. I called on their customer care number and waited for half an hour for someone to respond at my expense but no luck there. In my email conversation with their customer care afterwards, I was told that it should have updated the new amount after discount automatically at the time of booking and refused that I had entered the promotional code. Attached is the screenshot of the entered code while booking. I made it particularly sure that I clicked the “GO” button atleast 10 times, as it had no effect on the amount. In doubt, I went ahead with the booking and hoped that I’ll show up in the end or perhaps refunded later(sometimes). It’s obviously an error in their site, possibly a bug. And they refused to admit that and cooperate. I should get a refund of Rs 1250.
