BookMyCombo.Com Online Shopping Review

I came to know about this online shopping portal BOOKMYCOMBO. COM from its advertisement in Facebook. I visited its website and booked “Pack of 3 Premium Quality Branded Shorts” on 7th July 2016. Reference no. of the Order is 4528206 90383303. Booking confirmation. I received the product on 16th July 2016 by COD payment of Rs 528. Confirmation of delivery. I found that, the products were not as specified in the website and of inferior quality. On the same day i.e. 16th July 2016, I wrote to BOOKMYCOMBO on their online feedback system on their website at http://www.bookmycombo.com/contact_us to return the product. Auto-response of confirmation of receipt of the query. On 17th July 2016, I again wrote to them through given email IDs care.bookmycombo@gmail.com and support@bookmycombo.com to return the product and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

So many days have passed, but I have not received response from BOOKMYCOMBO. I tried to call them over their number +917404843389, but it is auto-rejecting calls again and again. This online shopping brand had promised “no question return policy” and “30 days return & replacement guaranteed policy”. They have also said in their Auto-response mail that my query will be responded in 48 hours. But so many days have passed and a month is going to be over soon but they are not responding to even my emails or calls. This online shopping brand is not respecting its own terms and conditions and harassing consumers like me. I pray you to take appropriate action against this brand so that I may get damage compensation as permissible under law.

BOOKMYCOMBO must be penalised for harassing a consumer. BOOKMYCOMBO must compensate me by paying Rs 10,000 (Ten Thousand) as penalty for not honouring its own terms and conditions and for mentally and financially harassing me.
