Sir I purchase mi 10400 power bank from Bookmyoffer site online I pay 580 rupees them through my debit card. They send me the powerbank which is not a geniun product of mi I requested them to refund my money but they not reply me I send mail continuesly to contact them but they do not reply me. I also try to call them but they do not receive my call. Sir please help to provide my refund.

I pay them 580 rupees and call continue sly and west around 50 rupees balance.

Sir I want 580 rupees refund please help me I never purchase any product from the site like this
