Micromax A121 – Handset lying with service center delay repair

I have purchased a Micromax A121 on 08/09/2014. Within a month its charger stopped working. After sometime it started hanging and phone automatically gets restarted on its own. I contacted micromax service center on 21/01/15 and they upgraded software. But the problem was not solved. I contacted again 23/02/15, they kept the phone as its software was not getting upgraded. Job sheet no was E030949-0215-15210860. I received phone after 7 days. But problem was not solved. After a week i went to service center again, they upgraded the software again but problem persisted.But on 24/04/15 it stopped working and not getting started. I submitted phone at service centre on 27/04/15 with job sheet no E030838-0415-16311294. I have also registered a complaint at micromax call center with complaint no. MMX090515150614 bt they said they cant do anything. Micromax Service center has closed my job sheet and created a new job sheet number without any information.
Service center is at distance of 40 kms from residence and work place and it takes around one and a half hour to reach there. As it is very hectic and time consuming, I have to take a full day off from my office just for this work. For the last two months i am deprived of smart phone services which is creating hindrances in my day to day activities.
