Xiaomi MI Power Bank issue not replacing under warranty

I purchased a Xiaomi MI Power Bank of 10400 Mah on 22 October 2014 from Flipkart. In April, my power bank showed some problem and I submitted my power bank to the Exclusive Service Center of MI in Delhi on 21 April 2015 for replacement under warranty. I am regularly contacting the MI India customer care as I have not received the replacement till now, but they are always asking to wait for some more time. Its been more than 2 months. Please help me to get the product as soon as possible.

I just want the replacement of my product else refund of my paid amount with penalty for hanging my case for so long. I am a student and it affected me very badly as I have got frustrated with all this.
