I booked a Rayban Sunglass from the online ecommerce store bookmyoffer.com on 18.01.2016.My order no. is 08046770 5828206. I have received the item on 23.01.2016. When I opened it, it was found in damaged condition so I have complaint to bookmyoffer.com the same day attaching all the photographs and requested for replacement but they never response to my mail in spite of repeated reminders. I even called many times in the no provided by them in their website but that too in vain as the call was automatically dropped after 30 seconds.Please help me

Sun glass received was broken in one side. That may be due to handling issues during transit. I want a replacement or refund for the same. Amount paid for the item was Rs. 898.00
