My parents took the ride on 4th feb 2016. As per information on App my fare should be around Rs.150 While Ola charge me Rs.243. On complaining Ola Ticket 1251316, the customer care they said Rs.100 is Toll tax. I said there is no Toll plaza and it was not informed to me that there will be Toll charges.

Ola answered me that its written on web site of Ola. 1.I have took many rides to same route “Amer” Ola never took Toll charge. 2. How a person can look to website when charge are given on app. 3.It was not informed by driver that there will be Toll charges. So there was no information given before ride and how they can charge which(Toll/Parking) was not present physically. I want my refund and compensation for harassment and waste of my time.
