Dealer BookMyOffer have displayed deals of Fast track wrist watch on their website www. bookmyoffer. com . By looking at the images and details provided on website I have placed order to buy that product with cash on delivery option. On delivery I paid required amount and received product. On opening the pack I found it to be duplicate product and not same as shown on website. I raised complaint to return my money and take their product for which there is no reply from them.

Received duplicate product by showing original product on website they are selling duplicate products. Either provide with with what is shown on website when i placed order. Or refund my complete amount paid.
