I purchased a cooler (Brand; Symphony. MODEL: Diet 50i) from Vijay sales, Virar west on 11 may 2015. on dec 5th my coolers water pump stopped working. I lodged a complaint on 7 Dec 2015 but no one came nor contacted from symphony. Then i called symphony service centre, Virar on 14 dec 2015. They told that they will send someone next day and asked me lodge complaint again on site. I again lodged complaint on 14 dec. But till date no one showed up or called from symphony. now today is 9 MARCH 2016. The product is useless and the service is not at all good. I want my money to be refunded as i have spent so many months without cooler. And i don’t want to suffer anymore in future. So no need to repair it. Just want to let them take their product back
