I replaced the chain sprocket set of my duke 390 at 12000 odd kms. now its around 5000 kms old. soon after it started to show signs of complaints. i have visited the sevice center atleast 10 times over the past 4 months for the rectification.right from when the sprocket was around 2500 kms old. now the service at cocchin has confirmed to me that its a case of defective product. but now KTM india is not willing to replace the product. they are not even properly responding to my calls. the have asked me to go to bangalore and get it sorted out with their dealer if i wish to and they have no role to play. the act as if all the responsibility is on the dealer and they have no role to play here. i feel cheated and disrespected my how KTM india behaved. they have also caused me a great deal of emotional trauma.

Due to the damaged product itself cost me around RS 3500 plus taxes. and then i in vain had to replace my chain sliders which cost me additional 300 trying to resolve the issue. and all these 10 days i had to take half day leaves at my office . damages in salary cut alone mounts to around Rs 17333/-.
