I have booked 4 tickets for IPL match (Pune India Wariors Vs Delhi Daredevils) for 18th-May-2013@8:00PM but due to some schedule change by organizers the match was rescheduled for later date (19th-May-2013@4:00PM). As mentioned in booking terms&Conditions the tickets could not be cancelled so I requested to change the stand becuase I was not comfirtable with stand and timings of the match. BookMyShow CSR responded back saying they can not change the stand and they can cancel the tickets. I said ” I dont want to cancel the tickets”. Still they cancelled the tickets without any confirmation and any information. I did not receive any cancellation information and any refund. As I had no idea about ticket cancellation I called helpLine no to check the status of the ticket delivery then I got to know my tickets were cancelled. I called BookMyShow 6-10 times but they haven’t given any answer they only said “concern team will contact you” untill 18th-May. Some of the CSR even said they cancelled the tickets without confirmation becuase my mobile number was not reachable. I sent 4 emails to their email id (helpdesk@bookmyshow.com) they never replier them.

I want whole ticket amount to be refunded back along with the travel, telephone expenses and compensation for mental torture and public disgrace.
