i purchased Xolo-A800 worth rs. 11800 IMEI no-911250500026827 on 30 Dec, 2012…from the beginning my cell showed minor problems..its touch didn’t work when put on charge..its lead was not working properly..but i ignored it..but last month in April it stopped receiving mobile networks..anytime..anywhere..it was always unreachable..so i sent it to the service center for repairing on 18th April 2013..after a week they sent it back to me without repairing it..they just formatted it and gave it back..so i sent it again on 24th April and its 20 May now they have not sent my phone back..they provide 5 day delivery guarantee and its been almost a month…i call customer care on a daily basis but they give me false hopes every time..they are just not giving my cell back they tell me to wait..its been a month and my phone is in the warranty period till June..they are just waiting for this time to get over so i can not do anything after that..they always tell me that my phone is under repair..i talked to their team leader Mr. Mohit Kapoor last time and he gave me the guarantee that my phone will be dispatched from their center within two days and now its been 10 days..i just my cell back…please help me..

please i want my phone back..repaired one…and if they cannot then i need my money back
