BPL Mobile Mumbai – Offer Recharge Not done

Dear Sir, On July 24th, I got a flash message from Loop saying that, for the recharge of Rs.555/-, i would be getting a talk time of Rs.666/-. So, I have recharged for RS 555/- for both of my Loop numbers (09870790749 & 09870790729) Expected amount to be credited to my mobiles were Rs 666/- each as per your offer. However, I found that only Rs 555/- has been credited I contacted the customer care through 198 Toll free number but they are not at all registering our complaints and they are saying that we will get the diff amount of Rs 111/- with in 24 hours from the day of recharge , I have recharged at about 10.30 am on 24-07-2013 however till this moment the amount has not been credited. Then on July 29th, i have registered a complaint to their mail ID mobile.assistant@loopmobile.in. I got a reply saying that, i should send the offer message to 50505. But if i do that, i am getting a reply message that “This service is not available. Then again on Aug 6th i sent them a reply about this. But they are not replying

I am having a Loss of Rs.222/- Talk time in my cell. Also i am facing mental agony due to this issue running for about more than 17 days
