Consignment number 115651536 was booked on Mar 17, 2013 from indirapuram, Ghaziabad office of the company. The same stands undelivered as informed to me by the consignee. I tried contacting the company and I received reply from Ms Shweta (Secy to CMD) initially. They informed me that the packet is delivered and when I asked for PoD, since then they stopped replying me. I first mailed the company in Mar-Apr 2013 and have been trying to follow up with them. I talked personally to Mr Sachin (Vaishali office) for redressal, but he has also not responded.

I claim Rs 2,000/- from the company against the economic damage and mental harrasment and wasting my time.
