Team, This is with regards to BRAND NEW MAHINDRA QUANTO that was purchased from said dealership and delivered to me dated 09/August/13 has been encountering persistent issues in the vehicle on 1ST DAY OF DELIVERY . Troubleshooting issues been:- High temperature engine warning (The temperature sign moves to HIGH after engine is turned on)- Engine noise (possibly fan belt issue)- Low engine oil pressure warnings- A/C not working. All the above warnings have been seen in the car on the VERY 1ST DAY OF THE DELIVERY which is not acceptable. While I had returned back my car to the dealer on the very next day of delivery, the dealer is yet to come back to me confirming what exactly the issue is with this brand new car.

The dealer is not receiving my calls and yet to confirm the exact issue. Hence I firmly believe that there is big manufacturing defect/fault with this brand new car. Hence I would want the dealer to return my funds back so that I can buy a much more reliable product.
