Brand New Maruti Swift has Oil Leakage

We have purchased a new Maruti Swift LXI+ car (in my wife’s name i.e. Ms. Swati ) from Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata (Chassis No- MA3EHKD1S00843112 and Engine No- K12MN1545160). The said car was delivered to us on 4th march 2015 and as per Maruti service schedule; the first servicing duration is fixed from 5th to 15th April 2015. However, at the time of our car ride in Park Circus, Kolkata area on 30th March’15 at around 11 am the car was suddenly stopped and my driver tried to start the car persistently which are usually applied by the common knowledge but failed. My wife, Ms. Swati was in the car that time and she tried to contact with Auto Hi-Tech persons along with the concern persons of your Kolkata service centre at 34A C N Roy Road, Kolkata – 700 039 including service center works manager Mr. Asim Ghosh. After several telephonic requests approximately after 3 hours, our car was taken to the said service center and the fault of the car reported as “Engine Oil Leakage from Oil Filter” on your Job Order. They also informed the said car’s total engine to be replaced and it will take around one week times as the necessary engine and other related spare parts to be dispatched from your Gurgaon office/factory. On the spot, Ms. Swati claimed to replace this faulty car with a new and complete quality checked car which will go through the series of quality checks from your factory/delivery point as we are not ready to accept the faulty manufacturing defect (words used by your service center’s person) car which we procured by our hard earned money from so called brand Maruti-Suzuki.
