Jabong Shopping – Order Not Received / No Refund

I am a regular customer of Jabong and have been ordering for few years. I was satisfied with their services till now, hence I ordered a skirt of niket Mishra which was of 15000/- approx, when I got the skirt after 15 days I was shocked as the design shown was completely different than shown on the site also was torn which they returned immediately.again I ordered after a few days many products including Nitya Bajaj skirt and top though both were shown as diff products but since the model was wearing I liked the combo and I ordered, after 12 days they informed me that the top cannot be provided due to non availability also the skirt was of different fabric than shown and written in the details of the skirt, since there the product was non returnable they are sticking to it very honestly and not entertaining my request to return the skirt but about the top they wavered and said since the two products are diff we can cancel at any time acc to our policy.

They easily make the rules as no customers read every rule as the rules change we every products, if we hv time to read each n every rule before buying the product then why will we go for online shopping.
