One Brand New Samsung Automatic Washing Machine No. WA65H4000HD purchase from above dealer on 31/12/2014 vide their Inv.No. AA/3983, but to our utter surprise that after wash and dry cloths dirtiness remain on the cloth. After our complaint their 3-Technician visits our home and do washing and everyone found Machine is defective. Now, they were telling that 2-Parts would be changed. For this I denied and asked them to give me a new one or refund my money. Kindly help me. I buy this Automatic Washing Machine for my wife as she is suffering from spine pain and treatment is going on.

Due to this severe brake-up and not functioning of Washing Machines, my wife is suffering a lot. Every-time their Technician visit our home and disturbing us for 2 to 3 hrs, its a mental harassment and ordeal that we are passing through after purchasing this Brand New Washing Machine

Either replace this Washing Machine with a Brand New another Washing Machine of Similar make and model or Refund of our money as per Bill i.e., Rs.18,800/- + Exchange Value of our Old Washing Machine = Rs.1,500/-
