I have submitted my Karbonn mobile to the authorized service centre at margao in the month of Nov-14 which was under warranty. Till now I did not got my mobile duly repaired inspite of my repited reminders to the customer care. I have Paid Rs.6,500/- for Mobile Purchase Again service centre collected Rs.300/- for Battery Other Expenses to go to service centre Rs.5000/-

I purchased the above mentioned mobile handset from homeshop 18 on 15-july 2014 which stopped working on 19- january 2015. I deposited the handset to karbonn’s authorized service centre M/S Akarsh Electronics at lucknow on the same day.After 47 days I still did not get my handset back to me . showing my utmost dissatisfaction towards the after sales service of M/S Jaina marketing & associates , I want to claim my money rupees six thousand four hundred ninety nine back.
