Brilliant Tutorials Not Responding

I have enrolled at Brilliant Tutorials for the distance education program for GATE 2016 which consist of Study material and online test series, Enrolment id P1GH16BT0001. I have received the material in due time and have no complaints in that regard. However, for the online tests I have not been provided with the login information as of now. I have tried contacting the head office seeking support in this matter but to no effect. The office is not receiving my calls, mobile numbers provided appear switched off and they are not replying to any of my emails. The exam is due in a month so I need immediate action to be taken or else demand a refund of the online test series charges.
