Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i am AMIT KUMAR S from allahabad and my mobile no. is 8858XXX8187 and the loan is sanctioned in the name of my mother MEENA SRIVASTVA My loan is sanctioned on july but it disbursed on september. The concerned person told me if you did not pay the amt. the money which i was pay earlier is not refundable the amt. is about 12000 . They always change the loan amt. for sanctioned firstly they told me the first cheque is approx 700000 and i finalise my land at cost of rs. 4750 per sq.feet in jhalwa allahabad but when i had completed all the formailities and my invest all the money for purchasing or registry the land. The final loan amt. is 830000 and they give me the first cheque is rs. 560000. I did not know that when the whole amt. is not paid by the company, i only pay the interest it did not less my amt. rs. 560000 and the company told me firstly you construct the home after that i release the rest amt. So, sir i am unable to payment my interest amt. when the whole matter is sort out . I agree if u ready to deduct the interest amt with my loan amt. otherwise u hold my property because there is no way for my side for repayent the loan because this is mis- representation with me it is fraud. So, kindly give me some favourable decision as soon as possible
