Before taking payment they promised to install broadband within 7 days of time, When not done I contacted for refund, They again convinced me with false promise, I asked for email regarding commitment and they sent the same, Now after such a long time(Aprox.20 Days) again they are saying that they will not be able to give service, My office is closed just because of internet service and I have lot of difficulties just because of their false commitment.

We want compensation of atleast Rs. 75000/- so that we can recover the losses incurred during last 25 days.
