have bought a Samsung Galaxy SI9003 on 21/10/2011 from The MobileStore,Kormangala Branch,bangalore. Same time i have purchased the extended warranty for 1 year and Mobile secure insurance as well from same store. The details are as below :: Mobile Model :: Samsung Galaxy SI9003 IMEI NO :: 358472047586309 Extended Warranty:: EW3278243239 Few days back i got a problem that my back button and menu button wasn’t working,As it’s under extended warranty (1 year from Samsung and 1 year from The MobileStore) , I have submitted my mobile for almost 4 months. Each time i call customer care always get the same response insurance approval is pending , call us after 5 days , we will get it approved by then. When i call after 5 days again they say same thing give us 5 more days.I called almost 15 times and is really frustrated on their response. Do they have the only job to make the customers fools ?Whenever they ask us to take extended warranty we pay immediately but for service they always delay.Think of the customer’s situation if he calls each time after 5-7 days for 15 times what will be his reaction. I tried several times to speak to the supervisors but they always convince me the same thing but no progress yet. The customer care response is really annoying and i am extremely frustrated and loosing patience.Although i am writing lot of emails but got no response yet
I want the insurance approval should be done ASAP and my phone should be repaired
