This is complaint of BSES and their recovery agent from DSI. My mother running a shop at Lajpat Nagar – 1 the Shop No. 4 GF, D-116 Lajpat Nagar -1 under BSES CA No. 101898199. In March 17, 2015 one recovery agent ( Mr. Naresh – 8860721991 ) has visited our shop and that time shop was closed and no person was their at the time my uncle has attended him then he take him to my mother that time he told my mother that their was due of amount Rs 2400/- which she has to pay. She told him that my son is not here as I have finished of cheque book I will make the payment upto date next couple of days time. But he make her serious and trying to harass by saying I will cut you connection and take off the meter immediately. And very next time he asked her to given Rs 200/- for not put this to higher level. But she refused then in couple of day time after without informing and serving any notice they have taken off the meter. This is very serious matter of any mean and need to take the serious action on this.
