I am Anchit . My complaint is against Paladin Systems Private Ltd. My serial No PPP is 3003 (appears on the upper left corner of the invoice). I called them hoping to get my Titanium S5 Karbonn repaired. But to my utter dismay, I could not connect to them. The phone at the other end always said “all our representatives are busy…” and then suddenly the phone disconnected. Once I got lucky and someone from the other end responded: Me: I want to get a pickup of my mobile arranged at my doorstep (something that they promised in writing on their invoice) Representative: Tell the name of the dealer from where you purchased your mobile Me: Eveready Electronics Representative: Tell your serial No PPP Me: 3003 Representative (after a pause): Sir, this no. is not validated with us Me: I have a valid invoice Representative: We can’t do anything (phone disconnects abruptly) This is the state of affairs at Paladin. I won’t mind saying that this is a fraud company full of liars and cheaters. Guys don’t put your money here. Never get your gadgets insured from them. I also came across a complaint that said that the company though took his mobile for a repair but never returned it back.
