I recharged my mobile number 9409106309 with Rs.96 through portal.bsnl.in i.e. online recharge. I used extension of data plan Rs 96 rcharge I used SBI DEBIT card for payment. The recharge was successfull hence my bank account debited by Rs 96 , But, Data balance of 1 GB is not credited to my mobile balance. I am attaching the screen shots of web pages showing offering details and transaction details. The web page clearly shows by recharging with Rs 96 there will be 365 days validity extension plus 1 GB data valid for 30 days. I also contacted customer care center ,but I could not get any data balance credited by them. Please dont say that the recharge is only for FRC or so as your website clearly says it is applicable to extension of plan also. And my main intention was to get 1 GB data otherwise my data card was valid till 24-7-2014 even without any recharge for validity extension.
