Eureka Forbes – No Response on broken products

I have purchase a water purified Model Aquagard Enhance UV+RO though Eureka Forbes online portal eurekaforbes.com). The product got delivered on 22/09/2013. One week after a service engineer came and installed the product; after 1 or 2 hours of installation the product is felled down from wall and broken. For this matter I have been raising many service requests/complaints no satisfactory action/response from vendor I am getting.

I have already done 1 months of follow-up, several calls and mental dissatisfaction I have been facing. The product replacement and compensation of 1 months of follow-up.

I hope Eureka Forbes will resolve my complaint satisfactorily now after putting this review and complaint in the public domain.
