BSNL – Amount Debited But Transaction Not Successful

Dear Sir/Madam, Hi! Good Afternoon. My telephone no.is 0734-2524xxx. BSNL Bill no.is 10029212460054. Customer ID is 1002833413. On 30th June 2014 I was paying my BSNL bill payment of Rs.1223/- online through PNB debit card but after entering Secure Password an error message displayed “Sorry Communication Failure” so payment was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. I also didn’t get SMS Alert. BSNL Transaction ID is TX30061421815830. Transaction time is 9:36:20 PM. Payment Status is showing “Failed” PNB account no.is 1505000309018440. PNB Transaction Remark no. is POSP/70001377/310222/5126520190508. My BSNL Bill Status still showing Pending to Pay.So I request you kindly help me and either generate bill or return back money in my account as soon as possible. I hope you will understand my problem and help me. I need your help urgently. I am awaiting for your reply. Please reply me as soon as possible. I hope you will reply me soon.

I want either 1223/-Rs.refund as soon as possible in my account or Bill Paid Accepted by BSNL MP.
