Official online recharge website of Reliance Mobile and retail shop latest advertisement poster says Prepaid Plan Recharge with 248 /- gives 6GB 2G data for 60 days (This is not any ad, this is online recharge portal information). But on recharge only 30 days validity was given. When contacted several times, Customer care responded negatively- stating that plan has changed, its not yet updated in the website, we do not handle website issues.He also stated you should call customer care before each recharge to clarify for plans as website information may not be updated. Call was cancelled abruptly and customer care call has been barred on my number. Official website is surely misleading. Screenshot attached.

Mental strain apart from money and time loss in several customer care calls and travelling to retail shop, reliance offices etc. 60 days validity should be given as stated in the website and official website information updated and legally validated so that no other user suffers.
