Hi Sir/Mam, I booked a flat in East AVenue Wagholi by PRA developers. I have paid them a total sum of Rs. 476004.00. Below are the details paid by me. I booked the flat on 18th June-2011 by giving a paymnet of Rs 265604.00. Basis this they provisonally alloted me flat B2 -201. After many months passed when we enquired about the construction they gave us false hope that soon work will start. However work never started. Later on 9th April 2014 I cancelled the flat and asked builder to refund my amount. Builder assured that with in 60 days paymnet will be made. After 60 days again i enquired and they asked for 3 weeks extension, again after 3 weeks they did not respond and told me that it will take 2 more weeks , still after 2 weeks thet did not responded. Its more than 3.5 months i am follwoing with the builder but i am not getting my money back. I am really tired of follwoing with the builder but they are not willing to listen. Please help me.
