Sir, I have shifted my home from one place to another within Kota City (Rajasthan) with No. 0744-240xxx(BSNL) in April 2015. Our Landline phone was activated in few days but our Broadband Connection had not been activated since then. When I complained to the BSNL Call Centre they replied that my Broadband will be activated within 1 or 2 days, but since then 20 days have been past & still my Connection has not been activated. After few days when the Broadband was not activated, I again visited the Local BSNL headoffice, they replied me due some technical problems they are facing some difficulty. BSNL has harassed us by not providing or restoring the basic amenity of Modern days that is Internet. I want to know that in the era of advanced Technology how come a broadband cannot be activated in 20 long days & Why my Broadband Connection had not been restored after 20 days also? Is this is the Quality of service benchmarks set for customers of Wire Line Connections/ Services? Kindly help to activate my Broadband Connection.
