Paytm – Recharge unsuccessful money deducted

Sir/Madam, I recharged my mobile number 996022xxx through Paytm app for Rs.249 on 24 April 2015 (Paytm order number: 92521xxx). I successfully paid money through State Bank of India internet banking (Transaction Ref No: IG00XQZFW9 for Rs.249.00 on 24/04/2015 07:59:59). But I didn’t got recharged my number and unfortunately recharge was unsuccessful. Paytm added Rs.249 to Paytm Wallet (Paytm order no.: 925192144). I requested to refund Rs.249 to my bank account. The amount from Paytm Wallet is deducted immediately and I got text message that is as: “Paytm has refunded Rs. 249 to your bank. TransactionID: 44BE5F1AD6761347 . Current balance: Rs. 0.0 . The funds will show in your account in the next 3-10 working days”. This message is of 24 Apr 2015 and till today, paytm doesn’t refunded money to my bank account. I also tried to interact with paytm (care@paytm.com) but there is no positive response from Paytm.
