BSNL Broadband Connection Service inConsistent

I am having a bsnl broadband under 900 U/L. I gave my connection probably if I am correct 2005. Till date i am not link to any site immediately I switch on internet. I have to make regular complaints in Broadband cell. Bujt no concrete measure whether my system version to be updated, whether the speed of broadband net facilities possess the speed limit. I am absolutely annoyed and vexed though my bills are paid well advance. Whenever I complaint some eludive type of technical details are given which a normal housewife does not have enough exposure in Systembased work. How long I can struggle and suffer going on giving complaints. Hence it is suggested periodical inspection about the connectivity of the system to net connection and the cable connection and any virus deletion may be made once in 2 months. When a normal invertor supplier for usage during the powercut is making why not a central government BSNL organisation cannot do. They are supposed to make their service periodically like other people for AC ,Washingmachine, Waterheater, and other electrical installation. Then only they can win the confidence of the general public in India and improve their business. Despite of my own Systems engineer repeatedly servicing spending out of my pocket why BSNL cannot do. Mobilising people by offering attractive plans will not serve any sustainable action. Please find a solution for my broadband connection informing me about the lacuna in my system or cable by return mail. Kindly confirm. If a BSNL customer gets annoyed he will be passing on the message to another set of 10 people. 10-to 20, 20-40 so on will get increased. kindly take neccessary action. The only reply sofar I got was, during hefty day trafficing the problem exists. I can’t wait upto my death. Reply. Take action.
