Dear Sir:

I have taken one iron from shopclues.com website and it is not working properly order number 1990077 within two days i called them they to mail i said mail and they reply to go with manufacture i told him that till now there is seller responsibility as there is only three days gone they said we take for 10 days and mail to mail they spend 10 days now they saying go to manufacture and today i called manufacture they saying from where u take product ask them to take from you and get them repair manufacture number 9811118330 now tell me where should i go ?

I am continuously follow up from shopclues but nothing they are helping besides they say go to manufacture or mail us we want to buy iron and i buy this please help us for the same.

I want please return the product and give my money back i will never take any product from this site and also do some case on them.
