BSNL Broadband – Frequent Disconnection Review

since april 2014 bsnl is providing deficient services on phone number 0612-2291XXX there was noise in telephone, high packet loss and frequent disconnection on broadband upon lodging complaint bsnl closed the complain without resolving it, sdo , jto , technician were rude. i visited local exchange and patliputra exchange many time. no one was taking responsibilities. i complained at pg portal and case was closed false information was given.even official at exchange accused me for having faulty equipment and forced me to buy a new one. even after buying new one problem persisted. similarly last year since may 2013 , i visited local exchange many times , bsnl took 8months to resolve the problem and similar problem again copped in april 2014. bsnl without informing me changed my tariff and internet plan and sent me a bill excess of 7700. bsnl has not been sending me the bills for more than two years. all i get is bills on email. i have applied for relocation , bsnl has not yet relocated the phone to new address . i have complained at pgportal 3 times , someone from bsnl calls me at my number 7549499531. assuring me remedies but nothing is done and case is ignored .

to make up for the mistake by refunding the cost of RS 12800 which incurred on printing the hard copy of telephone bill, money spent of conveyance to visit officials, the cost of new modem, rebate and concession given for the period where internet and telephone remained disturbed within 30 days. BSNL to revise the Bill of July 2014 which is Rs 7,742.82, which incurred on me because BSNL failed to inform me about plan changes as per trai regulations and rules.
