BSNL Broadband Gujarat – Worst Connectivity

I’ve been using BSNL Broadband service for a year now and since the time i have bought the service i have experienced the worst service. I have a Internet service of 2MBPS with a cap of 8GB but i feel as though i am using a Dial-up connection. I have complained several times at the nearest BSNL but in vain. At last tried to complain at BSNL customer care – 18003451500 wherein the complain was registered in an unprofessional manner. I had to ask the complaint ID from the representative. My complaint ID was registered as 1024263599 by the rep name Sachin Kumar. This was in vain again and i see no improvement in the services. I have been paying annualy for the services but i am regretting to get a service from a company like BSNL. I have to use 3G service to even write in this complaint today. Its such a shame that a company like BSNL gives such a horrible service and they call themselves govt company. Is this what govt services has the best to offer. Its a mockery to Indian govt.

If we talk about economic i have paid BSNL for an annual fee but the services i have received in return would be hardly about 6 months or less. Its such a huge exploitation. Plus i have to monthly recharge for 3g service on my mobile in case BSNL is down. I have travelled to BSNL office twice a week which is about 18km total journey which was a waste use of petrol in return. If we talk about physical damage i have experienced neck problems for daily checking if the internet service is turned on on the router machine. Also its such a mental stress to coordinate with its staff.

I want to recieve proper service for what i am paying and i shouldnt experience a cut in my internet service or a low speed internet or else i need full refund of my amount paid till day and additional 10000 rupees for the problems faced.
