Micromax offer a toll free number for mobile handsets customer care. That is 18605008286. But this no is charging amount as other normal phone number since it is a toll free number offered to customer.

Cheating customers.I have lost Below 10 rupees.more over several trial I could not speak with customer care executive to lodge my complaints.This is something frustrated a customer who is not expected such things from an Indian or indianised brand of consumer product. Due to the charges taken by my carrier service provider Vodafone India should pay 100 rupees in this regard and the micromax need to be punished under the law for cheating.
