I call so many times in BSNL office from last one week but they didnt resolve my issue and even I went to BSNL office for one time but they just said me,we’ll do it but they didn’t. I am really frustated now and because of that only I am come here to lodge complaint.

As I am software Engineer in US based company I need regular Internet because of this issue I have to recharge my tataPhotn dongel and also I waste so many time to call them,

atleast 5000rs as compensation of mental and physical harassment.
