BSNL Broadband – Overcharged & Plan changed

I was a BSNL Broadband customer since the last 7 years. I have received a bill for usage of month of July with invoice number 10203582820036 and it is for Rs. 5856.33. As per my plan, the night usage between 2 am to 8 am was free. The problem is that I came to know about the sudden change of my 7 year old plan only on 30th July where as night usage between 2am to 8am became chargeable. I stopped using your broadband service once I was informed of this change on 30th of July and have also terminated the Internet service as of August 2014. The problem once again is that I was not informed of this change in advance and hence my bill is very big. In addition to which I had received a message on my registered mobile phone that my usage is exceeding. But I had only used 2 GB of the allocated 2.5 GB as per my plan hence I complaint to BSNL (complaint number: 1018578752) and asked them to check my phone line because I have received this message. Even after my complaint no one informed me that my 7 year old plan has been changed. Then how can they charge me over 5000 when my monthly broadband plan bill is only 500? More over, I personally discussed the issue with the accounts head at the Naranpura BSNL office (a South Indian gentleman, I didn’t take his name) and he said ” This is a central thing from Delhi, so we are not supposed to inform any one”.
