Fnp.com Shopping – Product not received

I ordered a Rakhi gift using the online portal (OR-9853305) on 04-08-2014, to be delivered to my brother in Kolkata on 07-08-2014 (full address: Name : JOYABRATA DATTA Phone : 9836563600 Address : HOUSE NO AA-72, 2ND FLOOR, PRAFULLAKANAN, KRISHNAPUR, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, INDIA, 700101) On Aug 6th, 2014 I received an email from fnp.com saying my order has been shipped via blue dart services and the tracking no was 43720845851. I used the tracking no and found out the order was being shipped to Kaithal , Haryana. Despite repeated emails and calls, no body from fnp.com had given me the right tracking no. On Aug 9th, 2014 I received email from fnp.com saying my order has been delivered, though my brother still hasn’t received the product. When I called fnp support line, the only answer I have been able to get is that the order was delivered to Kaithal. I am still waiting to know what exactly went wrong with the delivery of my order. The customer support email generates an automatic request no but nobody from the team has ever given me any answer regarding my order. Even though the product was a rakhi gift, I would still want my answers. I strongly feel they owe me that.

I would like to get back the cost of my product and compensation for the time I spent over phone. Also an unconditional apology would be nice.
