My name is Arun and my telephone number is 044-27462059. Both my broadband and my internet have been down for the past 3 weeks and I have been giving complaints almost daily. The only response I am getting from BSNL is that they give some number and ask me to talk to them. It is total lack of attitude and peak of irresponsible behavior. I have absolutely no idea how to get my problem solved because at BSNL nobody cares about the customer!!
