BSNL CellOne Mobile – Service Activation Without Consent

Some value added pack has been activated on my phone (WAP cricket subscription pack) without any request from my side. Further when i called back to them they refused to refund any amount and told that only remedy is to deactivate the service now which for which i file a complaint docket no. E11HR301721 dated 9th May 2014 but with no follow up on their side. As no action was taken by them thereafter i again filed a complaint docket no. E11HR301721 dated 11th May 2014 but in vain. Now the pack still remains activated on my phone and the customer care now has stopped entertaining any of my requests and at times I have been kept in waiting for around 1 hour uselessly. Also besides my repeated attempts i have been unable to talk to a senior in their department. Also no e-mail or contact no. of any senior head or zonal in charge has been provided on the website.

I demand Deactivation of the service and refund as applicable and immediate refund.
