I wanted to close my credit card,i brought 2 products one from Ebay and another from Snapdeal on EMI’s. then i cancelled my order and i got the refund.I took confirmation from ICICI about the outstanding balance , they replied it is showing excess balance then, over the call they said “you need to utilize this amount in order to make you dues to zero”, so that they can initiate the closing process. After utilizing excess amount i sent the request to close my credit card.Now they are apologizing and asking me to pay Rs 9351.88. I have been sending them mail now again and again but now they have stopped replying to me. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I demand that I should not pay any amount to ICICI bank, as that is there fault.
