State Owned BSNL CellOne mobile Services has also resorted to Pre-Paid Balance Deduction on the pre-text of the consumer having activated Value Added Services. When I call the customer care they say that I have activated the service but I am sure I have not.

My BSNL CellOne Number is 9458069250. I’d like the BSNL Customer Care Supervisor to investigate this case and credit the il-legally deducted amount back to my mobile account number.
