I had deposited my Micromax a110 Canvas 2 mobile with Jobset no. R1306F4277142 having problem ‘broken touchpad’ on 25 June 2013, today is 29 July 2013 and i haven’t received any message from the service center yet. Service center has it already for 1 month and now says it may take another 15-20 days more even though they said it might take just 15 days when they took the phone for repair and i cannot afford buying another cell. Now when i call the phone no provided on the service center receipt they do not answer. There is so much crowd at the service center and i live so far from the place that i cannot go there to inquire in person everyday. I am really fed up of Micromax service centers.
